About us

           With over 27 years of experience in the field of gastronomy, comprising perfect professionals and Italian chefs, ACI - Associazione Cuochi Italiani was born in 2019 with the primary objective of supporting and promoting Mediterranean and Italian cuisine, promoting the "figure of the chef" as a health promoter, as well as the development of projects on food education, information and training in national schools.

 

       We address all chefs, chefs, pizzerias, pastry chefs, students of food schools, school principals, authorities, journalists, supporters of taste, followers of proper nutrition, lovers of Mediterranean cuisine - Unesco Heritage, in order to take in consider the opportunity to become a member of the "Associazione Cuochi Italiani", having the opportunity to participate in the life of the association and offer their own professional contribution, receiving in return a well-deserved moral and material recognition.
